Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your battery button doesn’t fit perfectly, or the quality isn’t what you expected, we’ll replace it or refund you — simple as that.

Fit or Quality Issues

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund or replacement. If your item doesn’t fit your battery or isn’t up to standard, contact us and we’ll make it right.

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email us at contact@batterybuttons.com
  2. Include your order number and a photo or video clearly showing the issue.

If approved, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a free replacement. Due to the nature of our products, we do not require you to ship the item back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong item, contact us immediately — same process as above.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item (e.g., ordered the wrong colour or text), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis and may ask you to cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

Please Note

As our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind where the item has been produced as specified.
