Found one of our Battery Buttons?

Each Z Battery Button has a unique Trace ID inside its base. If you find one, send us the Trace ID and a photo. We can check the original order and contact the owner to help return their lost Battery Button.

Find the Trace ID

Check on the underside of the Battery Button for its Trace ID. If it is still fitted, use the relevant installation guide to remove it.

Send us the details

Take a clear photo of the Trace ID and Battery Button, and email contact@batterybuttons.com.

Can’t find the Trace ID? It may be one of our early customers, and we will still be able to figure out who it is based on the colours and text on the button.

We will check the original order and contact the owner to rearrange a return.
